Nettle, the superfood invigorates the body, promotes heart health and organism draining, it supports respiratory, vein, joint, blood health and supports the immunesystem. Nettle also takes care of bone, nails, hair and skin health, it even promotes prostate health.
Nettles contain vitamin A, vitamin K1, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc.
Dosage for adults: Max. 2 tsp / day.
It can also be mixed with, e.g., tea, smoothie, yogurt, or porridge.
