Biokia Bilberry (Blueberry) Powder is just as good over porridge as it is mixed into your smoothie. It gives a healthy and refreshing start to the day with its antioxidant-rich and high nutritional content.

Biokia Bilberry Powder uses blueberries that are dried carefully at approx. + 42-46 °C in an air dryer. Drying takes 1-3 days, depending on the berries. This method preserves the berries' taste, color, and nutrients - only vitamin C is partially destroyed.

Blueberries are a popular and nutritious way to get vitamins and minerals. Now there is an even easier way to replenish the healthy benefits: one teaspoon of powder equals one deciliter of fresh berries. The powder also contains blueberry seeds, so that the body can take advantage of all the healthy benefits of the berries.

Blueberry has plenty of health-promoting qualities and it tastes so good! Blueberry is well-known for its supportive qualities on eye health and mucous membranes in the stomach, also the small intestine. It promotes vascular health and has antioxidant activity, so it helps cells to protect against oxidative damage - which means for example that it slows down the signs of premature aging.
