You will need: 2 eggs (room temperature) and 2 dl sour milk.
- Lightly whisk the eggs and sour milk
- Add the contents of the bag to the liquid and stir.
- Take a baking dish (25 x 10 cm is a suitable size)
- Use baking paper if you do not have a silicone dish
- Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish
- Allow to puff up for 15 minutes
Baking instructions: fan oven: 150 °C, 1 hour, conventional oven: 175 °C, 1 hour.
