Dosage for Adults:

Shake and dilute 1 sachet (15 ml) in a large glass (200 ml) or water bottle (500 ml) every morning for a week.

Also, drink about 1.5 liters of low-mineral water, herbal tea, vegetable broth, or green tea and eat lightly. During the course, you should avoid substances that increase slag; tobacco, coffee, black tea, sugar, and alcohol, as well as dairy products, meat, and hard fats. Use running vegetable fats and eat lots of vegetables, berries, and fruits as well as fish. You can also support cleansing with excellent antioxidant preparation, sauna, and exercise.
