If your diet is not rich in fish, we recommend taking fish oil capsules with EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) fatty acids.
DHA promotes normal brain function and the normal functioning of vision. EPA and DHA also promote normal heart function. Omega 3 oil helps maintain normal serum triglyceride levels. Vitamin E promotes cell protection against oxidation.
Usage: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. Swallowed whole with plenty of water. You can increase the dose if necessary. In case of bothersome belching, we recommend taking the capsules before food. There may be restrictions on use if the dietary supplement is taken in large doses together with blood-thinning medication.
