Wonderful white tea experience
Pai Mu Tan, or white peony, is a type of tea grown in the mountainous region of Fujian province in China.
The tea leaves are harvested for only a few weeks a year and only from those tea bush branches with large white leaves and silvery buds. The leaves are dried in the open air in the sun, thereby preserving their high content of flavonoids and antioxidants.
The taste of this delicious tea is mild, smooth and subtly sweet. The caffeine content is low.
