Emile Noël
Cold-pressed vegetable oils since 1972. Today, the oil pressing tradition is continued by Emile Noël’s daughter Annick Garnier, together with her son David Garnier. In 1972, Emile Noël was the first producer of organic oils in France, and today Emile Noël's oil mill is the country’s number one producer of organic oils. Oil pressing requires tremendous skill, which is why we rely on Huilerie Emile Noël. The Emile Noël mill strives to keep French agriculture active and alive, and always prefers to use French seeds rather than cheaper alternatives imported from elsewhere. All organic, of course!
