Inkuto
Inkuto was founded by Ghanaian Edem Agbekey-Taylor, who felt a responsibility to help women and the wider community, including in this part of West Africa. The purpose of Inkuto products is to support and highlight the culturally, spiritually, economically, and organically natural resources Indigenous to Africa.
Thanks to fair trade, Inkuto improves the well-being and status of northern Ghanaian communities. Ghanaian women, widows, and orphans are paid for their work making Shea Butter and black soap. This will allow Ghanaian women to better support themselves and their children by reducing poverty and providing children with education.
