Wild Nutrition, Food-Grown Teenage Girls Multivitamin is a multivitamin for teenage girls that contains essential nutrients to support normal psychological and cognitive development and endocrine function, as well as reduce fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and nervous system function and normal psychological function and endocrine regulation.
B12 helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, among other things.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function and supports the immune system.
Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the immune system.

The Food-Grown Teenage Girls Multivitamin is recommended for use from age 12 and up, or earlier if the monthly cycle has started.
Organic artichoke and ashwagandha have been added to the product to help the body during a period of rapid development. Ashwagandha is known for its calming effect, while artichoke supports the urinary tract, liver and heart, among other things.
Research shows that many teenagers' diets lack essential amounts of vitamins D, C, B1-B2, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc, among others.
