USDA Certified Products
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is a certification body for organic farming.
USDA Organic awards three types of organic certificates for cosmetics. 100% organic certification requires that 100% of the product's raw materials must be organically grown (excluding water and minerals). Organic certification requires that 95% of the product's raw materials must be organically grown (excluding water and minerals). Made with Organic Ingredients requires that 70% of the product's raw materials must be organically grown (excluding water and minerals).
