The husk of brown whole grain rice, rice bran is a so-called superfood in itself - and is a big part of this product. In the manufacturing process, the rice grains are first germinated, which triggers their enzymatic activity, bringing vitamins and minerals into "living" form and increasing nutrient levels. The germinated rice is then pureed and the starch is broken down by plant enzymes, leaving all the nutrients and protein. The result is an unimaginably nutrient-dense, complete protein that's practically a superfood and protein in one can.
