The oil contains alpha-linolenic acid, tocopherol, and plant sterols. Of the fatty acids in the oil, 54% are polyunsaturated (rapeseed oil has 32%), of which 40% alpha-linolenic acid (rapeseed oil has 8%) and linoleic acid 15% (rapeseed oil has 20%).
