Instructions for use:

Always apply eyeliner to bare skin - never over foundation, eye shadow or other eye makeup. For best results, apply eyeliner with a steady hand, resting the flat of your elbow or against a table. Apply eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible for a natural-looking finish. Do not stretch the eyelid during application to keep the line as uniform as possible. Always start applying eyeliner from the outer corner of the eyelid.
