Three Dutch friends who were excited about tasty and healthy food decided to start making Ayurvedic clarified butter, ghee, in their home country. The reason for this decision were ghee’s excellent properties – with a delicate nutty taste, ghee has been used for hundreds of years as a fat alternative in India. Ghee also has great resistance to high temperatures with a smoke point is 250 degrees. The organic milk comes from the De Lange family farm, where the cows graze in the stunning "De Weerribbe" nature reserve.
