Dosage for Adults:
For the first month: 2 capsules 2 times a day. After the starting period: 2 capsules a day. Enjoyed with a light meal. The daily dose can also be taken in smaller batches.

Ingredients: SBA24 double sea buckthorn oil (73%) made from sea buckthorn seeds and soft parts, vegetable-based capsule shell (excipient hydroxypropyl starch, solidifying agent glycerol, gelling agent carrageenan acidity regulator disodium phosphate), thickener silica, lutein and zeaxanthin (0.4%), antioxidants (alpha-tocopherol and rosemary extract) beta-carotene.
