Psyllium is a fiber-rich experience that supports your stomach’s well-being - and is a great helper in gluten-free baking!
Use of psyllium:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium to 2-3 dl of liquid. In baking, add 1-2 tablespoons of psyllium to 5 dl of batter.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
Ingredients: Organically grown, dried Indian husks of psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk.) seed. Does not contain other substances.
